Community support of local agriculture helps Frederick farms grow! Purchasing directly from the farms strengthens the local food economy, health of the community, sustainability of the environment, and supports farmers and their families.

  • Catoctin Mountain Orchard

    Located in Thurmont, MD, Catoctin Mountain Orchard offers a retail farm market and pick your own apples and berries at their orchard.

  • Scenic View Orchards

    Scenic View Orchards located in Sabillasville, MD offers a roadside market at their farm and sells at multiple farmers markets in the region.

  • Glade Link Farms

    Located in Keymar, MD, Glade Link Farms, offers pick your own fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Produce is available at the farmers market located at the Frederick Fairgrounds.

  • Chestnut Hill Farms and Market

    Chestnut Hill Farms and Market is nestled in the Catoctin Mountains and close to Camp David. Fruits and vegetables are sold at various Farmers Markets in the region as well as at their Farm Market stand.

  • Pleasant Hill Produce

    Located in Walkersville, Pleasant Hill Produce offers a CSA with a variety of fresh vegetables including berries, beans, parsnips, peas, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage and more.

  • Rocky Glade Farm

    Rocky Glade Farm is located in Woodsboro, MD. They currently operate as a dairy and crop farm as well as raising our own beef, pork, and chicken.

  • DeFeo Family Farm

    Defeo Family Farm is located in Middletown that grows and offers a diverse selection of seasonal produce. They offer a CSA and deliver to community partners.

  • Good Soil Farm

    Good Soil Farm is enjoying their 8th season. They enjoy giving back to the community by offering a variety of high quality vegetables, chicken, turkey, eggs and breads. They offer a CSA and online store.

  • Summer Creek Farm

    Located in Thurmont, Summer Creek Farm grows fresh organic produce for select grocery stores throughout the growing season.

  • Chocolates & Tomatoes

    Located in Middletown, MD, Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm, offers online ordering for produce and chocolates.

  • District Farms

    Located in Frederick County, District Farms is a hydroponic farm growing a variety of lettuces offered at select grocery stores year round.
