Farm to School Joins the 2024 Unity Campaign
Farm to School Frederick (F2S) is proud and excited to announce its participation in the 2024 Unity Campaign powered by the United Way of Frederick! This collaborative project brings together community partners directly supporting fundamental needs related to the health, education and financial stability for ALICE (Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed) households in Frederick County. Through our involvement in the Unity Campaign, F2S strives to provide crucial support to families by providing fresh, locally sourced food.

ALICE households represent working families struggling to afford the basic cost of living to provide food, housing, healthcare and transportation. Farm to School is dedicated to serving ALICE families by offering access to nutritious fruits and vegetables procure from local Frederick farmers. Through mobile markets and strategic partnerships with Frederick County schools and community organizations, we work to ensure that fresh healthy food is available.

100% of your contribution will go to Farm to School contributing to programs to connecting and educating youth & families on the importance of consuming locally grown fresh food. Join our fundraising team! Raising funds for Farm to School is a great way to be a champion for increased access of locally fresh food!
